1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 55gt99 website, mobile site, and all related services accessible at https://55gt99.bet.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money deposits and any qualifying bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 55gt99 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

2. Eligibility and Registration

55gt99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 55gt99 may result in Account suspension pending verification.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure with forfeiture of any balance arising from fraudulent activity.

3. Account Management

One account per player: Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or using third-party identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 55gt99 will close all but the original Account and may confiscate any winnings obtained through the duplicate account.

Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 55gt99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are valid will be deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify 55gt99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

Account closure: You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any available real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the 55gt99 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified within the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method.

55gt99 accepts the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary based on operational requirements and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your Account within 30 seconds. Bank transfers may take up to 2 banking days to reflect. 55gt99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed only after successful KYC verification. Standard withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are processed within a few hours during business hours. 55gt99 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days.

Chargebacks: Any attempt to reverse a deposit through your payment provider (chargeback) will result in immediate Account suspension and investigation. If a chargeback is confirmed to be fraudulent, 55gt99 reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

55gt99 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting boosts. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 55gt99 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering conditions are met.
• 55gt99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if it believes the bonus is being misused or exploited.
• Bonuses are available to players in Bangladesh and may not be available to players in certain other regions.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

The outcome of all games is determined independently of 55gt99's systems.

55gt99 reserves the right to void bets in any of the following circumstances:

• A sports event that was cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or otherwise rendered void under the applicable sport's governing body rules.

For cricket betting specifically, 55gt99 follows the standard rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) when determining the validity of markets. Matches abandoned due to weather, pitch conditions, or force majeure events will be settled in accordance with the rules published in the betting market at the time of placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the 55gt99 Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploitation must be reported to 55gt99 support immediately; failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or share information in live casino or poker games.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal the source of illegally obtained funds.

• Making deliberately false claims regarding the Platform's services, including fraudulent chargeback filings.

55gt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, without prior notice and without liability for any resulting loss. Any balance associated with accounts closed for prohibited conduct may be forfeited if it is determined the balance was accumulated through fraudulent or prohibited activity.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55gt99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. 55gt99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 55gt99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee specific uptime levels.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 55gt99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

55gt99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 55gt99 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will take effect 7 days after notification unless the change is required by law or relates to the addition of new services, in which case it may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the Platform.
